Currently, 30 skilled, motivated and committed employees help our business, which continues to operate in a family atmosphere, to achieve our goals.
In the company management, led by Róbert Dubics on the technical side, and on the financial side under the leadership of Tímea Dubicsné Szlotta, the development shows an increasing trend from year to year, both in terms of the company's assets and finances. From the spring of 2020, Arnold Dubics, the older son of the family, will also take his place at the company. He graduated as a mechanical engineering technologist and
he enters the work of the company with great enthusiasm.
In 2018, this was reflected in a 25% increase in sales.
In 2016, we built a new hall in which our production equipment still operates.
In 2017, we built an additional hall on our own, in which our newly acquired flame cutting machine, our locksmith's plant, and our sandblasting and electrostatic powder coating plant were housed as a result of the expansion of our activities.
The advantage of this is that, in accordance with the needs of our customers, we can also undertake works that also meet the needs of welding, machining and painting from the raw material.
In the spring of 2019, the construction of our new 1000 sqm factory hall will begin.
At the same time, external infrastructure is being developed.
Quality assurance
We place great emphasis on quality. Our main goal is to expand our customer base by continuously developing and operating a well-functioning quality management system, and to further increase the satisfaction of our current partners, keeping their needs in mind and satisfying them to the maximum.
Our production produces our products with stable and controlled production processes.
Adhering to the rules of the ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System, for which we obtained a certificate in 2017.
We have a measuring machine park, which is only available at larger multi-company companies in our area.
Development is also ongoing in this area, as a result of which we have commissioned our latest measuring device, a 3D laser, arm, portable measuring machine.
Metalworking - nowadays
There are more and more small milling machines and lathes on the market, so the price fight is quite high in this segment.
Nevertheless, our increased production in 2018 also justified the expansion of our smaller 5-axis machine park.
We noticed this seemingly stagnant market situation, so we set out to increase the size of the machines and modernize their operation.
As a result, in 2016 we purchased a machining center with a machining surface of 3200x2100x1000 mm.
The success and utilization of this was huge, so we bought it. a simultaneous 5-axis machining center with similar parameters and even more advanced technology.
According to our current calculations, these developments will bring another 30 Mft in revenue growth.
Metalworking - the future
As a result of our business negotiations, we have managed to win two partners where production is planned to increase on a large scale in the future.
We can play a significant role in this by planning to supplement our production with another Unisign Uniport 6000-HV 5-axis carousel machine, which is not the largest in the region.
In the future, we expect another minimum revenue growth of 180-200 Mft from these investments.
We are devoting serious energy to achieving these goals.
